Don't bother checking in online or doing express. It don't matter.You sit there waiting and watching people get there after you being helped This is the only dispensary that I wait for eternity. My time is valuable too.

This one is close to my house so it’s definitely the most convenient, everyone is really nice here maybe a lil low staffed but they do their best to be really quick. Only downside of coming here they’re always out of stock. I know it’s first come first serve but they should update the website/menu more often, or honor deals you had on your order if you had one.

I have been coming to this dispensary since day 1. I love the staff and the products for the most part. The reason for my 2 star review today is not because of the staff. It’s solely on corporate and upper management. This place is constantly under staffed and flooded with patients patiently waiting. I used to be able to be in and out in 20 minutes or less. Now, I’ll be lucky to be in and out within an hour. This dispensary will start to lose customers with these outrageous wait times. There are to many dispensaries in the area with far less wait times. Juan the GM is a great employee get this man some help trulieve!

I stopped going two years ago because of pricing, and the energy changed for me when I visited. I'm a card holder from the beginning, and I'm on a budget so I've ordered from all of the vendors as they have come to the pinellas county area and trulieve was unique in that they would exchange an item or even refund the cost if it was not the right fit medicinally. This is why they got my business as it's a challenge to use the right product and to get that product consistently as products do come and go. That being said, the discount program changed, and the pricing was not as competitive, so I chased the best deals to keep my medical costs reasonable. Now, when I go back, it just feels like the energy has changed. Everyone seems nice enough, but it's just not my first choice because it's like shopping at Publix vs. Aldi or Save a Lot. There's no spring in my step as I leave. It's just business $$$$.

10/10/23 update Thank you for the great prices. I bought a Cherry Tart 1 gram vape for $20.30. The most delicious and amazing taste and lasting relaxing body feeling. I appreciate the price and the products. Also Shout out to Nova, John and all the great people at the citrus park Tampa. Finally lowered your prices! Good job. Affordable products are appreciated thanks. Update 9/26/2023 bought the sale on your concentrates $25. Also bought 1gm $25 vapes. Good sales! * Today I bought your edibles $12. Hands down my least favorite place to shop for medicine. I would rather go to literally any other dispensary. No matter what, there is an excessive wait time. Even if you pre-check in with their Express checkout, and there is no one else in the store, you will wait for 20 plus minutes. The employees can’t be bothered and always have a bad attitude. If you ask the people at the store questions, they are clueless and uneducated about their products. Truly hate Trulieve.
